This garage was one of the best garages I have ever been too. From the moment I walked in they were very kind and extremely professional. I had a starting issue with my truck. I had already brought it to a different garage who couldn’t diagnose it. This garage was able to diagnose it and repair it quickly and professionally. They are also extremely transparent as they send pictures of issues with the vehicle to show the issue is truly there. Additionally, they repaired the vehicle within a fast timeline which was great too. I am going to go here in the future for my regular maintenance and will be recommending this to all of my friends and family.

Mason and Son's did an incredible job in donating their services in replacing brakes and fixing the parking brake on a car that was being given to an abuse victim who has small children and needed safe transportation. Stephen Mason was very professional and took care that they made sure the vehicle was safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Update review: Car began making a loud noise from the fan. Called and spoke to Bailey. One of the techs came to job, picked up my car and provided a loaner knowing that I wouldn't have a vehicle. Bailey provided me with updates and was able to explain the problem where I could understand and explain it to my husband later. Very personable and friendly! The service I receive from Mason and Sons is always great! The entire staff is personable, polite, professional and value your time as a customer.

Competitive prices, great customer service, & they even drove my car to me after the repairs were finished. 10/10.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We had an absolute nightmare with my car but they got me back on the road, made sure we knew problems to keep an eye on, cleaned my baby inside and out (even fixed my peeling Baby Yoda magnet)...then there's the actual customer experience; balloons for my kiddos, kid's play area, comfy seating, super friendly and attentive employees. While I do hope I don't have to see them anytime soon they are definitely my first choice for future car repairs.

Very honest service provider for any car, motorcycle, truck or anything on 2 or 4 or more wheels.. Only place I'd trust to fix my vehicles....
