UPDATED: Mason &Sons reached out and apologized for this experience and let us know that the employee was new who mentioned the 10% discount. They worked on my fiancés car and replaced the tires for free. They went above and beyond our expectations to make this right. My fiancé and I have used Mason and Sons since moving to Greenville 2 years ago, but will no longer return. He went in for his usual maintenance which included having his tires rotated, and was informed whoever last, did it incorrectly and two of his tires are rotted. They said he will need two brand new tires. We let the manager know that they were the ones who rotated the tires last and were responsible for this error. They told us they would make it right. They couldn’t fix it that day since they didn’t have the tires in stock but to bring it back in the following week. When my fiancé called to bring it in, they quoted him roughly 10% off a very large bill. Pretty disappointed with this “making it right”.

Came in with a flat tire, but quickly decided on a set of new tires given the existing wear. They were totally booked for the day, but managed to get my work done so I could get home. Discussed various tire options base on my needs. Even cleaned the car!

Excellent and straightforward service. I particularly appreciated the text documenting the results of their inspection and their itemised estimate. Could hardly ask for a better experience at the mechanic's.

This was HANDS DOWN THE BEST automotive repair shop that I have EVER been to. It's is like the Chick-fil-A of mechanic shop!!!🤩 The owner and employee both were not only were they fast, knowledgeable and fairly priced, they were genuinely kind too. I went to get an oil change and maintenance on my car, they photograph the entire inspection- part by part, then emailed the pictures to you and discussed them over the phone as well. BRAVO GREAT business.

I felt some awkward/new shaking and RPM issues with my 2016 Honda Odyssey. I couldnt quite put my finger on what was causing it, I did my own research and gave Mason & Sons the symptoms. Spoiler alert: my diagnosis was way off. They ran their own diagnostic and even checked with Honda for my warranty and possible causes. It took longer to understand what the issue was but it was well worth it. They came away with full confidence knowing what the root cause was and gave me all of the options that were most important based on my budget and other factors that would influence my decision. After assessing the need, how much it would cost, which repairs were the most urgent, we came away with a plan that would work for my budget, for our safety and for the car to run smoothly. Once we made the decision, the repair was done quickly and my car is running so much better! Would highly recommend this group who aren't just trying to make top dollar but carries itself with integrity.
