We are new to the Greenville area and were blown away by the promptness and effectiveness, but most of all the kindness, of the staff when they did a minor repair for us on short notice recently. They literally changed the spin of our day from frustration to joy. We have dealt with various mechanics/automotive repair over the years, but Mason & Sons Tire & Automotive Repair Center is an exceptional business. Not only are the mechanics very skilled in diagnostics and repair, but the customer service is second-to-none. They are all very personable, communicative and keenly interested in customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this business.

I took my 2012 f150 in for an inspection because I was concerned about the way the transmission was shifting. I originally was going in for a level 1 inspection, but the service writer suggested I should probably go for a level 3 after I listed all the different issues the vehicle was having. $350 later I realized I had traded my previous vehicle for a lemon, but called and thankfully I was able to reverse that trade. Now, I realized the vehicle was in poor condition when I brought it in, but what I didn't expect was for the coolant hose to be left completely undone from the reservoir when I got it back. I drove the vehicle halfway to where I was trading it back when the ECU engaged cylinder head protection and the truck started shaking violently. I was able to reconnect it and add a gallon of premixed coolant at the gas station I pulled in thankfully. I highly recommend you look under your hood when picking your vehicle up from this place.

Used them twice in the last couple of weeks for a tire replacement and an oil change. Excellent service and care both times! Easy to work with and helped on short notice both times.

there is still an establishment answering phone calls by a LIVE person on first ring and pleasant compared to many others like Subaru dealership who (front staff) were COLD.....JD at Mason was super friendly and accepting, truthful a character rare to find these days in a service company. Repair service on My Subaru was great and I appreciate the GOOD work.

Bailey and the rest of the team has always been so helpful, kind, professional, and informative. They do excellent work and I especially love the car wash they do with each service as a nice touch.
