The absolute best repair shop there is! If you can't already tell by every single perfect review take it from us! Our windshield had cracked and they let us use a bay in the middle of a Friday for the repair man to fix it in the rain. Then while it was drying helped us with a synthetic oil change and rotated our tires. They are truly always there to help us when we need it! Also a great service is the 24 hour emergency line! I know that if I need to I can call Steve and have him help us with our car!! Thanks Mason and Sons for all you do!

This is bye far one of the worst company that I have ever dealt with and they tried to fix my daughters car they broke major parts and they Jerry rigged it back together and then couldn't even put it back together right well I have the pics to prove how shady there work is so when called about to ask they said all well I am not done with this I will be calling ABC NBC CBS news and I will be telling ever person about they shady work. Also almost forgot. They no what they did and they didn't stand by there work

Amazingly helpful and honest! Stephen and Jeremiah went above and beyond exceeding my expectations along the way and they made sure their technicians did as well. We had them replace an engine in our SUV. They put an engine in with a six month warranty. We will recommend them to everyone!
Some of the most real and wholesome individuals I have ever met! We had a faulty battery and they not only just fix our battery they let us see the diagnostic! Very professional and easy to deal with! If you are in Greenville I recommend Mason and Sons and no one else!
My car battery died and I didn't know what to do. Called Mason & Sons on a whim. They sent someone over to help me jump my car within 15 minutes. For free! Super friendly and fast service. Haven't had anything done at their shop, but I'll definitely be using them next time I need repairs done.
They are great!! I dropped off my car for an oil change but that is not what I got. They not only changed the oil but also washed the car inside and out. They cleaned it much better then I do. The last time it was this clean was when I bought it.
I can't say enough good things about this shop! My business is based on mobile onsite service, so needless to say having any vehicle down time is detrimental. I barely made it to Mason & Sons with an overheating engine. I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Mason upon arrival. He personally and quickly went to work diagnosing my problem. Turns out I had a leak in my radiator. My heart sank as I thought I could lose a day of work. To the rescue Mr. Mason said we could try some stop leak, and it would probably fix the leak and get me going. Sure enough it did, and he didn't even charge me a dime. It is a relief to know there are good, honest, giving people you can trust to work with. I only wish I lived in the Greenville area because I would never take my business anywhere else.Thank you Mason & Son's!!!!
