Mason & Son go way above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Stephen Mason personally goes out of his way to provide quality service and does it will a smile on his face. I have never experienced the kind of personal attention he gives to all his customers. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I can't begin to express my gratitude for all they have done for me. They truly treat you like family and make you feel like your business is very appreciated. I recommend them to everyone I can. Had a slow leak in a tire right before going on a trip. Had never been there before but they were recommended and are close to my work. Looked over my whole car and sent me pictures. They found a nail in the tire. They fixed it and even cleaned the car up and threw away trash!! My car was ready when I was done with work. Thank you for great customer service!!

These guys were beyond helpful they even washed my car and vacuumed it!!!! Wasnt expecting that!! The only service I was having done was a battery replaced(in a car barely 2 years old, and because kevin whitaker, the dealership i got the vehicle from, refused to service the defective car they sold me... I will definately be coming back to mason and sons for other services.

Jay is an awesome mechanic who worked on my daughters car. He was very good at explaining at what was going on with her car. He had me in and out in less than a hour. Management is awesome also. Love this company.
