Excellent customer service, honest and helpful, Mason & Son's did a wonderful job bringing our 2004 car back to life. Their mission is to take the best possible care of their clients. They were able to diagnose a problem that the dealership in Greenville had recently misdiagosed and we can't speak highly enough of them. They are very busy, so an appointment is a good idea. Parking is somewhat limited. Very convenient downtown location.

We have been coming here since we moved to Greenville and they are the BEST. We take both our vehicles in for maintenance work, tires, suspensions, oil changes, etc and they are amazing. Totally honest, great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend them for any work you need done, and they are right downtown.

They are wonderful. I took my car in for a pretty big service and they were quick and reasonably priced. They will take you to and from your work or home if you are in the downtown area. They are incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. I love that it is a family owned, Christian business. Give them a try; they will take excellent care of you.

I have been a customer of Mason and Sons for a few years now. They do my oil changes as well as any work that needs to be done on my vehicle. I have always had great service and I highly recommend them.

The absolute best repair shop there is! If you can't already tell by every single perfect review take it from us! Our windshield had cracked and they let us use a bay in the middle of a Friday for the repair man to fix it in the rain. Then while it was drying helped us with a synthetic oil change and rotated our tires. They are truly always there to help us when we need it! Also a great service is the 24 hour emergency line! I know that if I need to I can call Steve and have him help us with our car!! Thanks Mason and Sons for all you do!

Amazingly helpful and honest! Stephen and Jeremiah went above and beyond exceeding my expectations along the way and they made sure their technicians did as well. We had them replace an engine in our SUV. They put an engine in with a six month warranty. We will recommend them to everyone!

Some of the most real and wholesome individuals I have ever met! We had a faulty battery and they not only just fix our battery they let us see the diagnostic! Very professional and easy to deal with! If you are in Greenville I recommend Mason and Sons and no one else!

My car battery died and I didn't know what to do. Called Mason & Sons on a whim. They sent someone over to help me jump my car within 15 minutes. For free! Super friendly and fast service. Haven't had anything done at their shop, but I'll definitely be using them next time I need repairs done.
