To me this was the most uplifting experience being here As you walk in the atmosphere was customer friendly The gentleman I met was the same person I spoke with on the phone So he was familiar with the situation with my car (checked my car, gave me a quote) Didn’t have a ride back..was offered one Met the owner..the topic was totally uplifting (This experience made me re-evaluate myself) I was notified about about other concerns of which they took care of ..safety is their major concern..price was fair..job well done….I would highly recommend them… Customer service EXCELLENCE Job satisfaction EXCELLENT

Absolutely top notch. Broke down in our company van 450 miles from home, but only a block away from Mason & Sons. They worked us in the same day, replacing battery, alternator and serpentine belt. Very reasonable (and transparent) on their rates too!

Took my wife’s car here for an AC failure diagnostic. They were incredibly kind and helpful in illuminating the problem! The diagnostic fee did seem rather high, but I do appreciate the high quality work and excellent communication. I plan to be back for further service needs.
