Greenville Auto Repair

Not sure this worked. Cant do google, but the review is five stars, and we thank God for folks like the Masons and their co-laborers. They even cleaned up my old car! And corrected my neglect mistakes and apparently repaired everything to a T. Thank y'all!

I am from Baltimore, MD and my daughter is a current student at Clemson. Our plan was to drive to Greenville and spend the night. We would then spend the following morning walking around Greenville before she dropped me off at the airport and then she would head to Clemson to start the Spring semester. Upon starting her car that morning, the engine was making a horrendous sound and I did not feel comfortable having her drive to Clemson without having someone look at it. I found Mason & Sons on-line and it was close to our hotel. Upon arriving, I explained our situation of how I needed to get to the airport and my daughter had to be back at Clemson by a certain time so she could get COVID tested and be allowed back on campus. They indicated that they would look at her car and to check back in about an hour or so. My daughter and I then went on a walking tour of Greenville and had a quick bite to eat. Upon our return, they indicated that we needed a new ac compressor and condenser which later turned out to be the water pump. Given our time constraints, they offered us a loaner so that my daughter could take me to the airport and then head to Clemson to get COVID tested and check back into campus and return either by the end of the day or even the following day. To make a long story short, they were able to make the repairs the same day and my daughter was able to return to Clemson with no issues. I can't thank the staff enough for all their hard work and help to ensure my daughter got back onto the road as soon as possible. I wish that I could give 10 stars, because they definitely deserve it!

The best automotive shop I have ever used. Explained in detail what needed to be done and was very professional in every detail which I was not use to hearing from other shops I have used. Would highly recommend

Very honest service provider for any car, motorcycle, truck or anything on 2 or 4 or more wheels.. Only place I'd trust to fix my vehicles....

As a young woman who does not know much about cars, I am always very nervous when I need to go to a mechanic. Mason and Son's has wonderful service and quickly put my mind at ease. They answered all of my many questions and took the time to listen to my concerns about an upcoming road trip. I live close by, but they even offered to drive me home while I waited. Thank you so much for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated.

Good service even though busy

We were reminded that perhaps we needed scheduled maintenance. Made an appointment. Scheduled immediately for next morning. Left the vehicle, picked up late afternoon. Not only all done, cleaned up!!!! Almost did not recognize it! You need honest, reliable, efficient work done - this is the place to go!

Very professional help. I was very impressed with them and how they handled everything for me. The customer service is 10/10. The staff they have makes you feel valued and all concerns were addressed properly and made me feel important. I would highly recommend them.

Great service!! Brought car in this morning..J.D. Made coffee..freindly..ask if we need ride home...who does this anymore??? Sammy rode with us..to take car back to shop..on way..we talked...great conversation!! I asked who does detailing...he said..thats me!!! I was so surprised...glad to meet him..he does great..great work..J.D. Was great..to get info on anything we need fixed..and we have lots sometimes!! Thanks for coffee..and letting us hangout awhile..and our ride home!! As I was visiting..I noticed this is a Christian runned business...This is plus for me! Loved your decorations..I felt like I was "home" ! We will never go anywhere else! True mechanics..and staff! Mac and I have agreed on this shop for all " our car needs!" Thanks for ride home..Sammy I realised..is the detailing man..I had windered.who did cleaning..he said its me!!! Great great job! Timing is everything in God 's plan for us. When l lost the Christian mechanic that was a friend and faithful servant in helping. me keep my delivery vehicle on the road God sent me to a whole team of them like that right here. People believe in what they do here and pursue excellence. Thank You and you.
