Over the last few months Masons and Son has been a blessing to me. I am a single mother who works a full time job and own my own business. since March of this year I bought a used car with warranty at the car dealer When I received my car I started the very next day and assist me but everyone kept looking at me crazy because they felt nothing was wrong with my car. But I never gave up until I got someone to listen the manager. They got me with Mason and Sons specialist . well of course my truck did not want to show what was wrong when they would look at it . but for several months they picked my car up from my job and made sure I got it back before I left work. They never gave up. Finally they found out what was wrong. and I feel safe. Now this is a car lot based on morals and standards and values. I will Not take my car no where else . I am blessed to have meet them and I feel I am now part of family.

no exaggeration re. service, knowledge etc. on your webpage ... and always honest, even if the news isn't so good like a necessary repair! They did not make any money on checking and tending to the tires, putting it all together, safely back on the road. - Truly going over and above expectations. the Williams'

From the initial diagnostic and evaluation to completion and delivery, all are the very reason I have been such a loyal customer over the years. I would would not consider any other mechanic and repair shop in Greenville.

Mason & Son go way above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Stephen Mason personally goes out of his way to provide quality service and does it will a smile on his face. I have never experienced the kind of personal attention he gives to all his customers. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I can't begin to express my gratitude for all they have done for me. They truly treat you like family and make you feel like your business is very appreciated. I recommend them to everyone I can. I have been working with Mason and Sons for more years than I can recall. I know I have been taking my vehicles to them since they first opened and worked with Steven even before. I trust him and all the staff there. I know that when I bring my truck to them, they are going to be honest with all that needs to be done. I love the use of pictures to show me because I don't understand the mechanics. I also know that every employee at Mason and Sons will treat me with friendliness and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I took my new (new used car my other one got totaled) car in to have the oil changed and as ALWAYS they take photographs of anything they see that might need to be addressed. Well my new used car was/is still under warranty and because of those photos I was able to not only be made aware of some issues I had, but I was able to go back to where I bought the car and they will correct the problems. When I got home and told my wife she said “I don’t know any garages that photograph your car to show you what’s needs to be fixed... Masons and Sons do.... Thank You Masons and Sons for being through; professional and doing a great job.... Signed...... One VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER...

I pulled my truck into their lot and had a brake light on. The brake fluid level was low. They put a can on brake fluid into the truck and the lights went off. Very friendly and helpful. They have my vote for a mechanic I would use.!!
