We were celebrating our 45th anniversary in Greenville. Staying at the Hampton Riverplace when we had car issues right off the bat. My sister has friends that live in Greenville, they contacted Mason & Sons and were told to have us bring our car in for them to access. They were closing at 6PM that evening but took our car and got a Uber for us to get back to the hotel that was about 10 minutes away. That evening Bailey checked out the issue called me and told me they would fix it first thing in the morning and get the car to us. Bailey was great to work with through the whole process. He saved our anniversary trip from becoming stressful. Thank you again Bailey.

To me this was the most uplifting experience being here As you walk in the atmosphere was customer friendly The gentleman I met was the same person I spoke with on the phone So he was familiar with the situation with my car (checked my car, gave me a quote) Didn’t have a ride back..was offered one Met the owner..the topic was totally uplifting (This experience made me re-evaluate myself) I was notified about about other concerns of which they took care of ..safety is their major concern..price was fair..job well done….I would highly recommend them… Customer service EXCELLENCE Job satisfaction EXCELLENT

Great place. Great service. Keeping our 2011 Jetta road worthy for years.

Absolutely top notch. Broke down in our company van 450 miles from home, but only a block away from Mason & Sons. They worked us in the same day, replacing battery, alternator and serpentine belt. Very reasonable (and transparent) on their rates too!
