This was my first visit to Mason and Sons. I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair facility. I read the numerous 5-star reviews, and the fact that they were a family-owned Christian company sold me. I made an appointment online and dropped off my car the next day. They were very transparent about the process and the cost. Brooks called me within a few hours and sent me a diagnostic with photos. He called and walked me through the estimate taking time to explain everything! My car was ready to go by the end of the day, washed and vacuumed! They were accommodating, courteous and patient and did great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

I towed my car to Japanese auto service. Originally they were great. After 8 days they didn’t even look at my car. I called Thursday. It would be Monday before they could look at my car. I called Monday they told me they didn’t know when they would be able to look at my car. I left a voicemail if I should tow my car to another shop this was their response. “Hey Bill, this is Bill at Japanese auto I got your message. Please feel free to send whoever you want to tell your car away. Way too busy and this is not gonna be an easy fix so Please come get it take us somewhere else. Have a good day.…” I can’t believe how little they care. I towed my car to mason and sons. Baily is a guest service dream. They accepted my car. Had a diagnosis the same day. My car had issues and they worked with me 3 days everything was done. They do everything through text. Give you customer service calls to make sure what they do is ok. Honestly, mason and sons provides the best car service, customer service I’ve experienced in 42 years of driving. Baily was an outstanding representative of their shop. They own my lifetime loyalty with their service, their professionalism and their execution. Mason & Sons provide great service. The repair has always solved the diagnosed problem on the first repair.

Looked at lots of places including service dept. at Fred Anderson and decided to try this garage out for the first time. We hate having work done on the car, but this turned out to be a good, low stress decision. They fixed the clunking sound on our 2014 CRV (front tie rods) for a decent price and did not push any other services. We did decide to do a radiator flush since they had the car up. We will definitely use them as our new go-to shop for car service.
