Sometimes you wonder why businesses do not have even, good customer service. Not here, Mason & Sons are experts in vehicle repair and back up there work with a 3 year 36,000 warranty for my case. I was totally impressed with the entire transaction, for a job that was too big of a headache for another business to undertake. I will come back to Mason & Sons when my baby needs a repair!

I’ve been taking my bright yellow Nissan Xterra to the folks at Mason and Sons for years. I have an old car. I love driving my old car. But sometimes it needs a little help. These guys of been keeping it running for a bout 10 years now. The problem is every time they fix something at stays fixed. So I will probably be driving his old car for the rest of my life. Stranded in downtown Greenville, our car literally died in their parking lot. Busy and short handed at that time, they worked us in quickly and fixed our car. Stephen and the guys treated us like old customers, very caring and thorough. Great customer service ---What a concept !
